    I have never encountered professional people so committed to excellence, quality of work, & the purchasers needs and wants. Like all remodels as the process took hold and began I as a homeowner had various modifications of what was initially agreed to.

    Ben and his team always took under my consideration of every deviation from the blueprints I requested, they never failed to listen to my input or any alternate changes I made in the blueprints. Their team was the ultimate in professionalism, I am totally and completely satisfied with the complete remodel of my residence!

    I waited a long time to remodel my house and when I finally decided to move forward I wanted to make sure I found the best company for me. I interviewed 5 different companies, and I finally decided that Ben was my guy.
    From the first phone call Ben was very knowledgeable and was able to help me even when I didn’t know exactly what I wanted. He had ideas that no other company had and the price he gave me was very reasonable compared to the other estimates that I received.
    We had a few delays along the way due to some permitting issues with the city, but Ben was very responsive throughout and was always in contact with me to let me know where my project was standing.
    My wife and I originally planned to remodel both of our bathrooms but we were so happy with Ben and his crews that we decided to have him remodel or kitchen, paint our house inside and out, install solar panels, a patio cover and a few more small jobs around the house.

    My shower needed a major rehabilitation. I found this company after searching and getting estimates from many others but this company seemed the most reliable and was able to work with my budget. My friend referred me after she had her kitchen remodeled and was happy with the job. Originally I spoke to Ben on the phone and he came in for an estimate and showed me what we could do with my bathroom. We ended up getting rid of the tub and making the shower larger which is what I wanted. The whole process was very smooth and quick. I can tell that the job was well done. Both Ben and his team were very helpful throughout the process, helped me pick tiles, and colors, and we’re always constantly checking up on their employees. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

    Finding the right company to work with took a lot of time for me because I really wanted my new kitchen to come out just as I wanted it to. After having a few different companies come over for an estimate and repeatedly going over with my husband which company would be best for us, we decided we wanted to work with A-List Builders. Thankfully, I found a company that not only provided me with a patient ( I am very particular) and punctual contractor, Rani, but the job came out better than I expected. After doing such an amazing job on the kitchen, I expressed to Rani that I would like to do some more work with him but money, unfortunately, doesn’t grow on trees.       I hired A-List for a large restoration project. The project involved wall replacement with framing & drywall, stucco, exterior & interior painting, foundation reinforcement, a new exterior gate, fence repair, brick & tile walkways. Ben was the only contractor I interviewed who recommended that an engineer inspect the foundation as part of the evaluation process. Megan cheerfully worked through the process with my insurance company. All of the on-site workers were a pleasure to work with. They arrived early, were professional, & kept the work-site clean & organized...even the city inspector commented positively about A-List's knowledge & organization. A-List Builders did a great job & their follow-up was excellent.

      I used A-List Builders for my Bathroom Remodel and my bathroom is more beautiful now than I could have ever imagined...I met with Ben who gave me a free estimate for the job and knew right away that A-List Builders was the company I was going to use for the job. Their estimate was fair, and their communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. I always knew there was going to be someone else on the other line if I needed to get a hold of them for any reason. Their workers were true pros that did an immaculate job, excellent craftmanship and very good at keeping the renovation area very clean.
