My mom and dad aren’t very tech savvy so I helped them during the process of finding a contractor. I was worried my parents would be taken advantage of so I did some research on the companies that we met with. A-List Builders stood out for a few reasons. Before we met I read their story and was quite impressed. My parents met with 5 contractors, and they bonded with the A-List team the most and said they seemed the most knowledgeable and although they weren’t the cheapest estimate, they liked their style. I did some more research on the other companies and ended up giving A-List the green light, so my parents hired them. My parents and I are so happy with our new kitchen and living room. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends! I needed to redo my kitchen so I met with a few companies to receive estimates. I spent quite some time looking for a good contractor, which I’ve come to find out is nearly impossible, until I came across this company. I was reading these reviews, as you are now, and after extensive research, I decided to put my faith into this company. My roof needed to be redone, and after they gave me the estimate I knew I had to have them. Although it wasn’t the cheapest estimate we were given, it was fair, and I decided it would be worth it after comparing the companies. Not only was the consultant a gem, but the workers were not only hard workers, they were extremely kind and always on time! The project manager also made sure to check in consistently, ensuring that this project would go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I definitely look forward to working with this company in the future for any projects I may have.

I came across this company by accident, and I’m so glad I did. I thought I had a leak so I met with a few contractors to fix my roof. This company sent one of their consultants, to my house to see what the problem was. I soon found out, as I expected, there was no leak! I decided to give him my business because not only was he honest, but I was impressed with the work this company does. I just bought a new condo and it needed a ton of work before I could even move in. It was important to me to find a company that could get my project started but also complete the work in a timely fashion so that I could move in ASAP. When I first met with Ben and the team, their schedule was packed and even though I really liked them, we weren’t sure if we could get things done as quick as I wanted. Luckily they were able to make some accommodations and get the ball rolling. I had some reservations because I felt I was being squeezed in, however I took my chance and I couldn’t be happier. We completed two bathrooms, my kitchen, flooring throughout the unit, complete repaint, added some lighting throughout, added a washer and dryer, and few more small projects all in about 8 weeks. The guys were all courteous and very helpful in explaining to me how things were going to be done. Ben kept me informed every step of the way and they also helped me choose materials (which was not easy!). These guys are a pleasure to work with, I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and if I ever have another project, they will be my first call!

It’s been years since I’ve done any work to my home so I was nervous about the whole project. Thankfully, I found a company that not only provided me with a patient ( I am very particular) and punctual contractor, Rani, but the job came out better than I expected. After doing such an amazing job on the kitchen, I expressed to Rani that I would like to do some more work with him but money, unfortunately, doesn’t grow on trees. Fortunately, Rani found an affordable way for me to redo all the bathrooms and flooring throughout the house.

I hired A-List for a large restoration project. The project involved wall replacement with framing & drywall, stucco, exterior & interior painting, foundation reinforcement, a new exterior gate, fence repair, brick & tile walkways. Ben was the only contractor I interviewed who recommended that an engineer inspect the foundation as part of the evaluation process. Megan cheerfully worked through the process with my insurance company. All of the on-site workers were a pleasure to work with. They arrived early, were professional, & kept the work-site clean & organized...even the city inspector commented positively about A-List's knowledge & organization. A-List Builders did a great job & their follow-up was excellent.

I used A-List Builders for my Bathroom Remodel and my bathroom is more beautiful now than I could have ever imagined...I met with Ben who gave me a free estimate for the job and knew right away that A-List Builders was the company I was going to use for the job. Their estimate was fair, and their communication throughout the entire process was fantastic. I always knew there was going to be someone else on the other line if I needed to get a hold of them for any reason. Their workers were true pros that did an immaculate job, excellent craftmanship and very good at keeping the renovation area very clean. I absolutely love my new bathroom and have already recommended them to two of my friends. Truly a great experience!
